Digital Printing

Inovar can provide you with high-quality and fast turn-around for your digital printing needs. Digital printing is extremely cost effective for short or long runs. It is an excellent option for trial products and items for which you would need fewer labels. Digital printing can also provide solutions for any of your marketing needs such as brochures, flyers, and business cards.

Prime, 4 Color Process

Inovar specializes in photo quality, 4 color process printing using either Flexographic or Digital printing processes. Your product will truly stand out from the rest with colors and images that "pop". Our state-of-the-art prepress department can create artwork for you or work with your existing artwork to provide a full color, high quality label or brand for your product.

No-Label Look

The no-label look is a popular trend in the food and beverage industries, as well as with personal care products. These clear or translucent, thin film labels are perfect for showcasing graphics and allowing the color of the product to shine through.

In Mold Labeling

In Mold Labeling (IML) is a versatile and cost effective method of printing. Photographs, crisp illustrations, and even three-dimensional images can be designed into a label that becomes an integral part of the product, rather than resting on the outside of the part.

Rotary Screen

Rotary screen printing uses a cylindrical screen that rotates in a fixed position rather than a flat screen that is raised and lowered over the same print location. This type of printing allows us to incorporate the benefits and quaility of screen printing into our flexo printing process, giving us the best of both worlds.

Blanks

Inovar can provide any size blank label you need. Choose from thousands of our stocked dies or we can have a custom die made for your specific size.

Smart Labels (RFID)

RFID, or Radio Frequency IDentification, makes it possible to locate the right item at the right place at the right time. From asset management to inventory tracking to supply chain management, RFID allows companies to "optimize the procurement, manufacture, distribution, sale and tracking of products."
